Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold any one of the following degrees
- BBA
- BCA
- B.Com
- B.Sc (Mathematics / Statistics)
- B.A. (Statistics / Economics / Mathematics)
Important Note
B.Sc (CA & IT) and M.Sc (CA & IT) are not eligible.
Additional requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge as per government norms
- Ability to read, write, and speak Gujarati & Hindi
Application Fees
1. Unreserved (General):
- Preliminary Exam: ₹500
- Main Exam: ₹600
2. Reserved Categories (Female, SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, PWD, Ex-serviceman):
- Preliminary Exam: ₹400
- Main Exam: ₹500
Last date for fee payment: 02 December 2025
Candidates who appear in the exam will receive a refund of the paid fee.
Candidates who remain absent will not get any refund.
Selection Process
Preliminary Exam (MCQ – 150 Marks)
- Negative marking: 0.25
- Qualifying Marks: 40 %
Main Exam (Descriptive – 200 Marks)
Paper 1: Gujarati & English – 100 Marks
Paper 2: Accounting & Auditing – 100 Marks
Qualifying Marks: 40% in each paper
Document Verification
Final Merit based on Main Exam marks only
